2023 Cancellation Policy
REFUNDS
We are committed to operating the 2023 camp season for you and your family.
If you cancel: If you enroll in camp and your plans change, or you have concerns about your child attending camp this summer, you can receive a refund for camp tuition paid as follows:
- By May 1, 2023 (or earlier): Full cancellations by May 1st, will receive a full refund for all tuition paid, less $20 non-refundable registration fee.
- After May 1, 2023: Cancel after May 1st and receive a credit only for all tuition fees paid for full cancellations through the 2024 calendar year less the $20 non-refundable registration fee.
Credits: After May 1, 2023: Cancel after May 1, 2023, and receive a full credit for all tuition paid, less the non-refundable $20 registration fee to be used through 2024.
Your credit is valid for the following camp season and is transferable to immediate family members. Your credit may be used for any ESF Camps & Experiences program and BOLD pre-college programs.
No-Shows: Participants who do not attend their registered session (for any reason, including vacation, summer school, illness) or who do not contact Phillies Baseball Academy to cancel by the refund/credit dates listed, will not receive a refund or credit.
Participants who do not attend their registered camp session due to any illness, will not receive a refund or credit for days or weeks missed.
Refunds or credits will not be issued for dismissals (ex. Behavioral incidents) after the start of the camp season.
TUITION PROTECTION
If you prefer to have an insurance policy in place to cover your program tuition paid, in case of withdrawal after May 1st, we recommend that you purchase an independent insurance policy to cover your program tuition paid. Additional details and information will be provided in your registration confirmation email.
Active Network (the online registration system) will offer Active Refund as an “opt-in” protection at time of your tuition payment based on your address (will not be offered after payment has been made). This is optional and not a Phillies Baseball Academy or ESF Camps product offering.
MEDICAL FORMS
For families registering after May 1, please upload your child’s medical clearance forms as soon as possible. Your child cannot be placed on a roster until medical clearance forms have been received.
