PBA began our third week of camp this week at Wilmington Friends School! Campers kicked off the first day with a few drills and exercises to practice improving their speed, catching, throwing and batting skills with their coaches, and spent the remainder of the day playing a few games.

Here at PBA we always welcome campers from all different states to come play ball with us, and this week we’re excited to have Luke from Vermont! This is Luke’s first year with us, and when we asked why he came to Phillies Baseball Academy he said, “My brother used to come here for camp and he really liked it.” And Luke is really enjoying his time with us so far as well!

Later this week we have lots of fun activities planned for the campers, such as the trip to Citizens Bank Park and a visit from a Phillies Coach! Stay tuned for more updates to come.
