Family Orientation
We can’t wait for the summer to begin, and we are very excited that you are a part of our camp family! You are invited to Family Orientation–a special event that is extremely important for you and your family to attend. Orientation is for participants in both Baseball and Softball Camps.
All important camp-related materials will be distributed to you at this time. These include your Official Camp Starter Guide, Official Phillies Uniform, Pick-Up Cards, Parent VIP Security Cards and Camp Calendars. For security reasons, Orientation items cannot be mailed. If someone other than the parent/legal guardian of the camper(s) will be picking up Orientation items, please call and notify our office in advance.
Important Note: Please be prepared to present your driver’s license and this invitation at check-in.
Orientation will take between 20-30 minutes, although you are welcome to stay as long as you like. Campers themselves are encouraged but not required to be present. Arriving at your scheduled time will better enable you to meet our staff and other campers in your child’s group. If you have more than one child in camp, you may come to each check-in time, or the one most convenient for you. We look forward to seeing you soon!
