Batting Cages
Rain didn’t stop our Phillies Baseball Academy campers in Upper Dublin, PA from having a blast in the batting cages today. Campers were able to get numerous repetitions in the cage as well as receive one-on-one training from our expert coaches. Indoor batting cages are an effective and valuable tool used to continually refine a players’ batting mechanics. Plus, it is the perfect place to hit on a rainy day!
Batting cages allow players the opportunity to work on timing. Swinging in batting cages also allows campers to work on specific drills with lots of reps in order to fine tune their mechanics. Furthermore, on Friday, campers will have the exciting opportunity to swing in the official batting cages of the Philadelphia Phillies at Citizens Bank Park. Stay tuned for more Academy news!
