2021 Flexible Cancellation Policy
We are committed to operating the 2021 camp season for you and your family. However, during this time of uncertainty, we would like to provide you some comfort, and flexibility, when enrolling in camp for 2021.
If Phillies Baseball Academy does not operate due to state or county health orders or mandates: in whole, or in part, in 2021, you will receive a full refund for impacted sessions.
If you cancel: If you enroll in camp and your plans change, or you have concerns about your child attending camp this summer, you can receive a refund for camp tuition paid as follows:
Before June 1, 2021: Full cancellations before June 1, 2021 will receive a refund for all tuition paid, less $15 registration fee.
After June 1: Cancel after June 1, 2021 and receive a credit for tuition paid for unused weeks to be used through August 31, 2023.
Camp insurance from ACTIVE Networks may be purchased during the registration process. To purchase, choose “ACTIVE Refund” insurance when you register for camp.*
After June 1, 2021: Cancel after June 1, 2021 and receive a full credit for tuition paid for unused weeks to be used through August 31, 2023. Your credit is valid for the following camp season and is transferable to immediate family members.
No Shows: Participants who do not attend their registered session (for any reason, including illness or vacation) or who do not contact Phillies Baseball Academy to cancel by the refund/credit dates listed, will not receive a refund or credit.
